Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your articles, we will revise the articles for your satisfaction. To initiate revisions, please let us know what we should change and leave us feedback so we can provide you with the best possible results.

If you are not satisfied with the articles after revisions, we provide you with a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • The articles didn’t meet the expectations of your original order request including tone, things to be mentioned, things to be avoided and keywords.
  • Typos, grammatical errors, or improper punctuation are included in the articles.
  • Content is not fully unique.
  • failed to deliver on time or missed the deadline.

Please submit your request within 48 hours after the delivery of the content. If you are still not satisfied with the content after our revisions, please contact us at [email protected] to explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. If these reasons meet the criteria above, we will provide you with a full or partial refund.

Revision Policies
